In Aluminum extruded Process, in order to reduce the bending and distortions, and to improve the product quality, it must be guided through the traction machine(Pulling machine).

 This machine comes with single DC motor, PLC control panel(this PLC enables data communication with the main electrical PLC cabinet) The machine has performance stability characteristics in order to achieve accurate size, speed and traction control; the machine has high degree of automation to have active linkage between the saws.

It's able to co-operate with different types of molds, which further improve the production capacity.

 

Main Features:

1. The new main rail and side rails are used for positioning and guiding respectively, which enables the machine to friction resistance and smoother operation.

2. The primary claw can operate for single or multiple profiles simultaneously. It can be used for more than one mould or to operate for multiple production line, both the quality and the efficiency are improved simultaneously.

3. The entire extrusion production all the processes including drawing form induction furnace to transfer on sawing line, and making the final aluminum profile is carried out manually in order to reduce the human error.

4. The Double Traction System allows smoother operation by not relying for re-arrangemtent of the next extrusion cycle.

5. It also reduces the wastage of material because the assembly saw cuts the profile at the transition point.

6. The tractor machine uses PLC control technology which provides variety of operating procedures to adapt for the different extrusion films.
